Shipping and Returns

Thank you for your purchase. All sales are final, however, your satisfaction is our priority! We understand that online shopping can be hard, so we will allow you to return an unworn item for store credit within 10 days of receiving the item.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for lost packages, so please keep up with your return tracking number.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return for store credit in the form of a discount code for use on the website. All returns will be processed as same value exchanges, or a store credit. 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn items or items with the smell of smoke, oils, deodorant, pet hair, or makeup. We reserve the right to reject any return due to the above.
  • Pre-order items are not able to be refunded for time constraints. All pre-orders items will ship in 2 to 3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
  • Sale Items
  • Daily Deals
  • All jewelry and accessories (hats, scarves, earrings, tights, leggings, hair accessories, gift cards) can NOT be returned.

For defective or damaged products: All items are thoroughly inspected before carefully being shipped to you, but in the event you have received a damaged or wrong item please contact us and we will send a replacement. All damages or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days from delivery.

Please Note: There is a $5 restocking fee per item and will be charged for returns.

Items in stock will ship within 5 business days. Pre-orders will ship within 5 business days of  arriving to our warehouse. 

Please Note: The Lovely Lola Boutique does NOT offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.

 **The Lovely Lola Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. We are NOT responsible for handling claims. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
